Program objective: Recognize the benefits of feedback on development. Discovering a simple, effective process for behavior modification. Obtain guidelines and advice for giving positive and constructive feedback. Develop the skill of giving feedback in dozens of practical cases using a realistic integrated game simulator.

Program objective: To develop and support the organization in implementing feedback culture. Informing and gaining knowledge of feedback techniques, setting up and monitoring the implementation of action steps with support from our consultants.
