- We identify your specific needs and the information you want to get from the assessment
- We suggest choosing the most relevant methodology and assessment tools according to your needs and goals (personality test or aptitude test)
- We inform people about the details of the assessment process and conduct an assessment in accordance with the target group and the goal of the assessment
- We analyze the results at the group level and on a sample of successful employees from your company
- We identify a list of desirable competencies together with the desired level of development
- We inform you about the results and present the ideal profile for a given position
